The Marek family takes pride in raising high-quality livestock for high-quality experiences. The meat business is built on the focus of breeding a Hereford/Angus cow with a bull focused on meat quality. The farm recently introduced Waygu, a Japanese breed known for its extra marbling, to the breeding program, understanding that quality genetics directly relate to quality meat.

All products must be picked up on the farm or delivery will be arranged. Shipping outside of Iowa is not currently permitted.
